How do I pay?
We realise that you may need a little time to make sure that the MIWC is the right place for you and so we offer a ‘taster’, a short-term membership. After you register online, you will be contacted over the next day or two with more information. Registration is free and allows you to attend up to three activities of your choice in the following two months to help you decide whether you'd like to join us with a full annual membership.
Your initial membership status is ‘Pending’ and although you choose a password during the registration process, this does not allow you full access to our website. This is only possible once you have opted for full membership and paid your annual fee. When this has been processed by the bank, and our treasurer and web administration team informed, you will receive notice that your membership status has been changed; this whole process may take up to 2 weeks, so please be patient!.
As from January 2010, the annual fee is €45 (€20 from September onwards), with the membership year running from 01 February to 31 January the following year. Payment may be made either in cash at a monthly meeting or by bank transfer (Überweisung). PLEASE NOTE: To become a member, you MUST register your details on the website so we can contact you (see 'Join Today!'); payment of dues is not enough!

In the two lines under Kunden-Referenznummer, please print ‘YOUR name’, the ‘year’ e.g.2010, and the word ‘DUES’. This makes it easier for us to avoid confusion if the bank account is in another person’s name (e.g. the member’s partner).
At every monthly meeting you will have the opportunity to speak to one or more people on the treasurer’s team at the treasurer’s table.
